Pick two brands in your home market and replace them with two brands that are either offered in other markets or were discountinued. Here’s the thing though, the cars will be the EXACT SAME only the badges and lineup/trim names will be converted.
So say decided to get rid of Subaru and bring in Lancia. You would still have all the same Subarus as currently offered except with Lancia naming schemes. Or, like the above example, trading Buick for Daewoo! You’ll have the same cars but now with Daewoo naming schemes!
Have fun, and if you want to try and name the lineup, sport trims, or just give one example of what a model would turn into with a new branding then feel free!

Chrysler for anything, because I hate Chrysler despite trying to like them.
BMW for Daewoo, so badge whores will stop buying them and BMW will stop tailoring their cars to them.

I’ll gladly trade Chevrolet for Vauxhall. I’d also love to trade Nissan for Renault as strange as it sounds.

1. Acura to Oldsmobile, for obvious reasons. The MDX becomes the Silhouette (a name which gets reverse Pacifica’d from a minivan to an SUV), the RDX becomes the Bravada, the TLX becomes the Eighty-Eight, the RLX becomes the Ninety-Eight, the ILX becomes the Alero, and the NSX becomes the Aurora.
Can’t think of a second one.

Buick for Opel. Too obvious. I would trade Chevrolet for Holden as well, but given Opel is here, there would be way too many overlaps.

Reverse Pacifica’d sounds like either a sex act or a wrestling move. Can’t decide which.

Chrysler only has three cars (soon to be two, then soon to be one, then...), do you really want to waste your renaming by getting so few renames?

Let’s trade Lincoln for something. Those stupid MK* names need to go, especially if they are going to pronounce them EMM-KAY instead of Mark. I’m feeling uncreative, though so let’s keep it in house and make the Merkurs. Sure Merkur only had two models, but frankly Lincoln doesn’t have doesn’t have enough models worth buying anyway. I say switch the MKZ with the Scorpio (it’s not cool enough to be the XR4Ti), the Continental with the XR4Ti (if we’re honest, it’s not cool enough to be the XR4Ti either), and leave the others blank. It’s not like people really need to know which Lincoln CUV/SUV their Uber driver/car service is using anyway.
HFV has no HFV. But somehow has 2 motorcycles

It’s a toss up between them and Dodge. But Chrysler’s the parent company (historically) so they get the axe.
I don’t have a problem with the rest of FCA really.

Abarth -> Lancia. It would create some new Integrales, basically restoring its own performance image in the process.
The 500 would become the Integrale, the 124 would become a Fulvia or Stratos.
Tesla -> Saab. Well, they did go electric - and if you squint the Model S looks like a Saab 9000 hatch.
Model 3 would be the 900, Model S 9000 and Model X as the Viggen because doors.
